WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? TOP
We currently accept Paypal which includes credit card, debit card, and e-check. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay. Please click the link on the left "Don't Have a Paypal Account" and follow the instructions.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? TOP
Our approximate ship times will always be listed on our home page at the time you placed your order. Please be aware of this time when you order. Production times do not include holidays or weekends. No refunds will be given due not being aware of our current production times.
Free Shipping specials only applies to orders in the domestic United States and is standard shipping only.
All domestic orders will be sent first class mail, priority mail, or parcel post mail by USPS at our discretion. For APO/AFO, Hawaii, and Alaska orders will be sent first class or priority mail. You may receive an additional invoice if your shipping payment doesn't cover priority shipping.

Absolutely! Local pickup is available if you are in the Alamogordo, New Mexico area.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? TOP
Of course! All Shipping is calculated on shipping to the United States. All other countries will have added shipping charges. Please contact us for international shipping charges. In your email, please include your zip code (post code). International orders will not be processed or mailed until the correct shipping charges are paid. Delay in paying the additional international shipping will delay your order being mailed to you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? TOP
We take pride in making high quality boutique products. We inspect every item before shipping. Due to items being custom made to your specifications, we do not allow for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after you've placed your order. However, if we make a mistake in making your item email us for an exchange for the correct item. We will not accept exchanges on incorrectly made items that have been worn or not in the same condition it was mailed to you. We will only accept incorrectly made item claims within 7 days upon you receiving your shipment. You will be asked to send the incorrectly made product back to us before we can exchange it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN? TOP
Once we ship your order and receive confirmation from the postal service that it was delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. We would encourage you to purchase shipping insurance located on our checkout page.
WHAT IS AN ALLIGATOR CLIP? TOP
Alligator hair clips are long clips that open like a set of jaws by squeezing one end of the clip.The clips come in different sizes from 1-1/4 to 2 inches long depending on the size of the bow. They are great for lighter bows and thinner hair.
WHAT IS A FRENCH CLIP? TOP
A french clip contains a tension bar and snaps close. They are best for thicker hair, curly hair, or for fastening your bow over your ponytail or pigtails. It supports large stacked bows the best.
ARE THE ENDS OF YOUR BOWS SEALED TO PREVENT FRAYING? TOP
Yes. All ribbon used in our bows is professionally heat sealed to prevent fraying.
WILL MY ITEM BE EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO? TOP
Because our items are handmade, they may vary very slightly in appearance. We try our best to make an exact duplicate, however, embellishments or colors may be out of stock or discontinued. In that case, we will make sure that your item still looks great with a similar color, style, or embellishment. If we feel that it is a significant change, we will notify you through the email you provided at checkout.
